Terrible service and worst decision ever.

Absolute worst experience!!!!! I bought a car from Destination Nissan, and it was the worst decision I've ever made, starting with the sales rep Michael Vitallo. Stay away from this place and him in particular. I bought my car in September 2015 with 85000 miles on it and in less than 6 months, less than 50000 miles traveled, the timing chain went out. I went to speak with Michael Vitallo and asked him how this was possible and he said" Oh yeah, these cars need to have the timing chain changed every 60000 miles" I asked him why he didn't tell me that when he was selling me the car and he said he didn't know, that was his answer, he didn't know. I asked to speak with the Sales Manager and he refused to speak to us and said there was nothing he could do. So now I am stuck with a 1500 charge to fix the timing chain for a car I bought less than 6 months ago with 85000 miles from Destination Nissan. Do not fall for their BS and lies, go to another Nissan dealership.

Perfect Solution

The service department corrected one small item on a certified pre-owned car that I had just purchased. On time. Friendly. Courteous. No cost. What more can you ask for?

Great experience!!!

Went to Destination Nissan to look at Rogues and met the salesperson George. He gave us quite the experience and price. Will refer friends and family to go see him. We love our new car.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I recently bought a vehicle from Nissan and initially I wasn't able to get the exact vehicle I wanted but Bill Jones went above and beyond to get me a vehicle. The financial manager was severely sick right before the holidays and he sat in his office with me, my wife and daughter and talked and explained everything as he laughed talked and went over our contract. Bill - the next day came a picked up my vehicle and detailed it because I thought it wasn't clean. I would definitely do business here again.
