New GMC Sierra 1500 SLT From Lynch

I just bought a new GMC Sierra 1500 SLT From Lynch. Renee Johnson was my salesperson and this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from her including a 2012 and 2014 Acadia Denali. She is very professional and goes above and beyond in providing a high customer service level to her customers. She had to search the entire US for my vehicle with the color and options I wanted and ended up finding the exact vehicle I wanted in Michigan. She worked closely with dealer trade folks and had it in Burlington in 4 days. I can't say enough good things about Renee and the staff at Lynch and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Keep up the great work and great customer service!

The length of time it took to complete was very quick. I was pleased that they did not tell me that there was more service was needed

Great car buying expierance:

Ken hung in there and worked with us until he got the job done' Everyone at the dealership was great. I can't remember when I've had such a good car buyin expierance. Thank you all very much.

Air bag recall

Had great service in a timely manor and the lounge area could not be better. The popcorn tasted real good along with a fine cup of coffee.

Great Service

Without an appointment, the service department fixed my truck by ordering a replacement part, which was covered by warranty. It did not take long to get the truck back and the staff was very professional and accomodating.

Personal attention to what we wanted...

From the moment we walked in, until the moment we drove off the lot, we were treated like a valued customer. Greg listened to my need list and finished the sale fulfilling all of my WANTS!!! Thank you, Greg Howe.....we will be back in two years :-)

Always a pleasure to go to Lynch for service. The staff is friendly and courteous, and know what needs to be done, and they make sure it's done. I've never had to go back because something wasn't done correctly. Thank you Lynch.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Renee Johnson was amazing. She listened to every reason why My family needed a bigger vehicle and she gave us a couple of options instead of walking the whole lot. When I did find the one I wanted Finance officer was just amazing helping find a great lease company. Even though it was freezing the day I could take it home Renee Johnson posed for a picture with me celebrating my first vehicle that I got on my own!! When we need a new vehicle we will only come back to Renee!!!
