I've had three cars, each with the help of Tom in Sales. This third time was no different, and he helped me pick out which kind of SUV I wanted, as well as sooth what fears I had. He helped explain some of the deals they had on used cars, and how to read a CarFax page. I also sat down with Rhonda in Finance, and she helped me understand Financing and what insurance packages were best. This was the first time I had really bought a car alone, and they both helped me learn about this process!

Sam was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we ordered the right car. He was serious most of the time but he also had a sense of humor. He spent a lot of time showing us all the features of our new car and added that we could call him at any time if we had a question about a feature we didn"t understand. Thanks Sam.
