A brake line needed to be replaced ONE DAY after I purchased the truck. The pickup looks very nice, but the brakes quickly became incredibly soft and pushed down too far. The dash warning came on, and I needed to pay almost $400 to fix the truck that I believed was inspected and met their standard. I called Vermillion Ford and spoke to the salesman who said he'd check with his service people and call me back, but it's been over 2 weeks. I also sent an email, but no reply. Ghosted.

Never again!
Bought an Expedition in March and have had nothing but motor trouble since. Has been in the shop more than we have driven it. Waiting 4-6 weeks for a “time” to get it fixed. Horrible customer service all around. Certified preowned vehicle is a joke from this dealership!
