Wall’s Ford gives the Red Carpet treatment ..Literally! They actually lay out a Red Carpet when you go pick up your vehicle, Looking super shiny and beautiful! From the moment I walked through the door, to driving my new Maverick off the lot, I was treated with respect, and kindness. As a woman shopping for a new truck alone I was a bit nervous as I’ve had bad experiences in the past. My experience at Wall’s changed my whole perspective and the guys made me feel valued as a person and not just another quota for the day. I worked with Sean and Gene. I could say so many wonderful things about both of them. They went above and beyond to making my experience one I will never forget! I’m so happy with my new truck. I called and talked to Jen the sales manager to inquire about a truck I had seen on an advertisement, Jen instructed me to ask for her and she would assign me a salesman. Shaun introduced himself and was impressive with his knowledge and professionalism throughout my purchase process. I was actually on my way to inquire about two other trucks at other dealerships but never felt the need to.
