I called and talked to Jen the sales manager to inquire about a truck I had seen on an advertisement, Jen instructed me to ask for her and she would assign me a salesman. Shaun introduced himself and was impressive with his knowledge and professionalism throughout my purchase process. I was actually on my way to inquire about two other trucks at other dealerships but never felt the need to. The only way I could have gotten a better truck for the money was if I ordered a new one from Walls. Jen and Shaun were incredible throughout the entire process, Walls is now my go to dealership. There is no place any better or that can beat Wall's for their service and attention. I have had the most pleasant experiences with Wall's from purchasing my car and with my association with the service department (Sean is the best!_). The services offered recently was having my car picked up by Caitlin who is a great representative for Wall's.
