About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since November 2016.
Wall's Ford is a family owned dealership with a real family atmosphere. 4 Walls are at work every day. The business founder John Wall Sr. has represented Ford products for over 45 years. Sons John and Bryan joined the business while in high school. John is the Used Car Manager and Bryan is the Service Manager. Julie started with the dealership in 2010 and is the Internet Manager. Plus our staff remains consistent. Many are long term - several having been here more than 20 years!

We are located off Route 95 (Exit 88); and 1.1 miles from Route 495 (Exit 119).
The place with the BIG American flag and all the selection you'll ever need.

Extremely knowledgeable and kind.

Extremely knowledgeable and kind. We felt zero pressure to buy but also felt seen and heard. Sean our sales consultant was so sweet. The sales manager Jennifer checked in with us several times and kept us informed of the process. Gene the business finance guy was so informative and fun to talk with. We bought a brand new suv and felt good leaving the lot!

Wall's Ford is to be complimented on the excellent staff that are employed in the service department! Sean Freeman is always attentive and alert when I call for service. He is very patient while listening to my reasons for the appointment and in addressing even my simplest concern Sean is the main reason that I continue to return to Wall's for my car concerns.

This was the second time I brought an F150 to Wall’s for

This was the second time I brought an F150 to Wall’s for warranty service. Both times I could not have been more pleased with their service, even though I did not purchase the trucks at Walls Ford. I will certainly be giving them a chance to sell me my next Ford product.

A very relaxing experience with a very knowledgeable

A very relaxing experience with a very knowledgeable sales person: Jen Sprague. We weren’t sure what we wanted and she was on top of every question we had. And my husband is old school and he was quite impressed with Jen .Also,John Devito is a great guy and got the vehicle for us to test drive. He was very helpful. Gene (finance) was great . He explained everything and we felt very comfortable with our finance package.This is the second car we bought from Walls! Our first car we bought from Tommy Fountain: He was the BEST! God Bless you Tommy!

Worst ford dealer in area owner Julie has no clue I recommend do not buy or service there we bought 4 new fords this yr none there very high priced and not knowledgeable don t go there for service they love stealing your ford points

The people at Wall’s Ford have always taken great care of

The people at Wall’s Ford have always taken great care of my car. I had an unexpected problem this morning and had the car towed there. I didn’t think I would see the car for at least several days but had it back by early afternoon.

They do not pay attention to detail call when they say

They do not pay attention to detail call when they say they're gonna call. Do not answer the phone when they call them financing. They have no idea what they're doing
