Either you people have a problem with me or your

Either you people have a problem with me or your dealership sucks. You quoted me an hour on the scope. 6 months later you tell me that the mechanic is going to tear down the engine..! What the xxxx is wrong with you? How do you even have customers? You let my vehicle sit for 6 months and then tell me it's is going to be $500 to tear down the engine after you quoted me less than $200 to scope it. I demand to know why! And it cost me $200 to have the xxxx thing towed back home. You people suck.

As a business customer, dealership does not accept

As a business customer, dealership does not accept Purchase Order. We must abide by the PO terms in the future which is a legal binding contract. Unfortunately, if Hirning will not accept a Purchase Order we will no longer be able to provide check on delivery.

Excellent care and service.

Excellent care and service. They treat you very well they service the car and wash it. They check for recalls and fix them as well.

Excellent service

We have bought our last two cars here and the cars are great. One from the show room and the other was slightly used. Thier service department is very friendly and gets you in within reasonable time. If they get a cancelation, I get a call to see if I want that slot. I have Hirning service all my vehicles.

Great work, very helpful, very friendly. I made a mistake on when our sevice was scheduled. I sent my wife in early in the morning as was not scheduled until late afternoon. The service team was able to get her right in instead of having to go back or eait all day. Thank you so very much.

2014 GMC 1500 SLT

I looked up 750 miles from Monte Vista, CO for a 2014 GMC 1500 loaded like my wife wanted. Found one at Hirning. Had issues with my banks loan. My salesman Dave had me fill out a loan application with their bank. I was approved at a lower interest rate than my bank offered!! Dave was always very quick to answer any questions that I had. Even if it was after hours. Dave seems like he really cares about the customer!!! Also was very Impressed with finance manager and his efforts to get me headed home. After a recent over $1,000 repair bill on another vehicle I purchased a 5 year, 80,000 mile extended warranty for the pickup. I hate a hard sell on extended warranty but it was presented to me in a way that made sense. Great overall experience and would definitely buy from again. Just wont drive back through Salt Lake!!

Great Experience.

First time experience with Hirning and they were excellent. Talked over the model we were interested in and worked to get us the best financing they could. We bought a new Buick Encore from them and have already recommended them to several people we know.

Review of purchasing a new GMC Acadia

Our new Acadia is vehicle number nine (or ten,purchased from Hirning. Sales personnel are knowledgeable and patient. The Service Department is sterling in accommodation and courtesy. The Parts Department yields another plus. It's a pleasure to deal with Kelly and his crews.
