Service Rep was very helpful, even when they were closing

Service Rep was very helpful, even when they were closing in a 12 hour. Wife was very happy when she took the Explorer in for repair, covered under warranty. Also was told about a recall and schedule the appointment the following time available.

I?ve been a loyal Ford customer for years, but my

I?ve been a loyal Ford customer for years, but my experience with Imlay City Ford?s service department has been deeply frustrating. My F-150 was towed in on November 9th, and it took nearly a week and multiple calls to receive a loaner vehicle. Over six weeks, I was repeatedly told my truck was repaired when it wasn?t, requiring multiple returns and significant inconvenience. Communication was poor, with little follow-up from the service team. Past experiences have been similar, with unresolved issues and subpar service. On the positive side, my salesperson, Dustin T., has always been excellent. However, the service department needs serious improvement to match Ford's standards.

The lease was up on my previous car.

The lease was up on my previous car. The saleswoman helped me find my Ford Edge after going through inventory and not finding anything I liked or could afford. After spending a lot of time with her, she found my Ford Edge. The new lease came together and I love my Edge. It is just right for me. Service has been great at Imlay City Ford and they have taken care to remind me when I need service and in scheduling service.

Oil change.

Oil change. Everything was easy. The visit prior to this was for a check engine light, with a miss and an oil change. Jeremy did an excellent job. My truck ran better after he was finished than it has in a while. Very smooth, no missing, and no light.

Tino was amazing to work with!

Tino was amazing to work with! He was kind, caring, and I could tell he wasn't trying to take advantage of me the way most car guys do when they see a woman. 100% would recommend if you need service done!
