Zimbrick Honda

Just a note to compliment Dave Moderow as an outstanding salesman. We've lived in the area for 25 plus years and have purchased many cars from Dave and have referred many friends and family members to Dave. He is the best salesman I've encountered anywhere and always listens to customer desires and follows up to make sure his customers are satisfied and keeps in touch with anniversary cards, etc. We know that Dave will always find the right vehicle at the right price. We've also had the pleasure of dealing with Tom Strahota in the service department for many years. Tom is always very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. We've been in very good hands with these two for many years and we would like to thank them as well as Zimbrick!

I just have to say that David Moderow is the most patient sales guy ever! I decided a few years back that I wanted to trade in my CRV for a Pilot, then a year later thought it was too big and went back to a Pilot, THEN a couple years later decided I did want a Pilot. Every time I bought my cars he was such a pleasure. Funny, great sense of humor, no pressure, and really just let me decided what it was I wanted and needed. It was painless! Fast! and I always felt like I was getting a fair deal. We are moving back to Oregon state this month and I told my husband that I cannot buy anymore cars now because Dave will not be around to sell them to me. :) He's just a solid guy. Thanks for all the cars Zimbrick and Dave. You guys are a great team.

My daughter and her husband were looking for a car for their daughters college graduation gift and I have more free time to check things out than they do so I did a little searching. I found the exact car she wanted and I filled out the form and asked for a quote. The next day I received a call from Mitch Garnett introducing himself to me and said he had emailed me a quote which was what I felt a very fair price. I gave the information to my daughter and her husband went down a couple days later, test drove the car she wanted, bought it and picked it up today - two days later. I mentioned that when I bought a car there several years ago they had balloons tied to it when I picked it up, well today my granddaughter had a car with red and white balloons attached to it, plus a big red bow, to help her celebrate her graduation from UW next Saturday. Thanks Mitch for emailing me the pictures you took and for going above and beyond.

My husband and I have purchased or leased more cars than we can count from John Marks at Zimbrick Honda. John goes above and beyond for us each time we have worked with him. John always gives us a fair price and keeps in touch to make sure everything goes well. Tom Strahota and his team in the service department are awesome also. We have all of our service work done at Zimbrick. We usually wait for the work to be done and appreciate that there are work stations available to minimize lost time from work. When we can't wait, Zimbrick offers cab service to get us to work. Can't say enough good about Zimbrick!

We have been dealing with Dave Moderow for approx. the last 15 years. Only ONCE did we try another dealership and were so disappointed with our purchase that within 4 months we went back to Dave, begged for his forgiveness, traded in our 'other purchase' and went back to HONDA!!!! We have always told our friends and family to contact him. Dave Moderow is what makes Zimbrick great. His style, confidence, and loyalty to the company and its customers is exemplary. I have purchased a new car ( a Buick) and two used Honda's and I worked with Dave Moderow for the last two. He was good to me and understood my needs as a kind of car I wanted. I always get a birthday wish from him every year and once in a while deal's that I maybe interested in. I like that also, because I don't want to be sent e-mails everyday or week. We have known Dave Moderow for quite awhile as we went to the same church. We were in the market for a late model used SUV and he worked diligently with us. We initially were looking at a Saab but Dave had us drive a Honda Pilot and we loved it. We bought a Pilot that was used as a service vehicle and have had it for 3yrs and still love it. We have it serviced at Zimbrick Honda on Fish Hatchery and I was impressed with the dealership from day one. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is always done right the first time and the various service advisors that I have worked with make sure I am fully aware how the service is going and if there are any issues or concerns that were found. They explain to me what the concerns are and what my options are. The waiting area is clean, well lit and relaxing and of course, the cookies and coffee are pretty good too! I am impressed with Zimbrick and definitely will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
