This was a very disappointing service visit.

This was a very disappointing service visit. I used the courtesy vehicle service, and I was made to wait for over an hour from the time I was scheduled to be picked up. I unfortunately had to wait outside for approximately an hour to be picked up. I called multiple times asking if the pickup was going to be delayed to give me an ETA so I could go back to work instead of just waiting. The service staff was rude and would not give me an estimate and just kept saying “soon”. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I again called back and the employee clearly did not realize I could hear them on the phone when one customer service representative made rude comments about my call (not at all acknowledging the 45 minutes I had already been waiting). I spoke to the manager once I eventually got to the dealership and he said, “I’m sorry” but made no further comment. Overall, I had to miss time from work to account for the lack of timeliness and the lack of adequate communication. This was a very frustrating visit.

Pretty good.

Pretty good. (My salesman left me hanging on some touchup paint. Also Promised me a free tire rotation but haven’t got that yet. ) Service center good but expensive.

Jason suggested other maintenance related flushes were

Jason suggested other maintenance related flushes were due. I feel confident my vehicle will stay in good running condition when I bring it to Betten. Also, the Automobile Status Report I was given when my car was finished is very informative. It helps me understand upcoming maintenance my vehicle may need in the future. (Brakes, Tires, etc..) ??

I don't like the program to approve additional services

I don't like the program to approve additional services to my truck. I filled it out and the service tech never got the info so it took longer to get the job done
