He said as I was leaving with my new GMC "you have a nice vehicle there"! He was right, I love it. I also learned that a car is now called a whip:) Thanks Chad!

Poor actually, the reason for that is that when I brought
Poor actually, the reason for that is that when I brought my car in It had a p1e00 code. The propulsion system is what threw that code. The underlying code can only be reset by the dealer. I didn't hear anything from Betten's so I called. I was told that there wasn't any codes stored. Which is xx because only you can clear the propulsion codes. When I pressed the issue and informed the service representative that it was there and that they either didn't look into it very well or they cleared it. He said they would look into it again tomorrow. When I called him the next day. He said that the technician was able to bring up a bunch of codes. Seems like that is kinda shady. In the end your dealership repaired my car and did a good job. Not that it matters but I have done a bunch of business with this location. All the way back to when you guys were performance Chevrolet. I bought many vehicles from Paul Grissom. If my car was damaged Paul Billings in the body shop has taken care of it. So far this is strike two. Not too many years back. I brought my Cruze in for a water pump leak you had it for two days and found nothing. You charged me 180.00 for diagnostics. I brought it home and opened the hood and sure enough antifreeze was pissing out of the pump. I went to AutoZone and replaced it myself. Let's do better. You have spent decades building your reputation. Don't let slip away.
