Very easy buy. Great experience!! No waiting had everything lined up and ready. Even stayed a little while after hours to complete purchase!! Carissa was a very good sales rep and went through everything with ease and answered ever question I had!!

I went to Jones to buy my first car. I was very nervous because I have never done this before. I felt comfortable with the staff and left with my Nissan confident that I had made a good choice.

Collin was excellent. He communicated well and went out of his way to make sure everything was right.

Carissa is the greatest saleswoman to work with. Truly the sweetest and even helped detail my car up herself while I finished my paperwork. Texting back and forth was so great, easiest process I could ask for. Thank you for the hoodie! The only thing I’ll say is that Clary could have budged just a bit more on the price. I offered $28,500, and he refused. With the visible scrapes on the doors and a few dings on the exterior and interior, don’t tell me $1,000 off the asking price wasn’t possible. I was already pre-approved, and your team barely had to lift a finger to close the deal. Carissa, on the other hand, truly was fantastic — absolutely worth spending the money. She was professional, helpful, and patient. Honestly, she deserves a pat on the back for working alongside someone like Mr. Clary.
