Excellent Service at Arundel Ford
My experience at Arundel Ford was one of the best experiences I've had with a company. My sales person Robert was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and low pressure. I felt like I got just what I wanted in a car. It was an easy and pleasant experience. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and accommodating. I am a fan and part of the Ford family now. And I didn't even think I wanted a Ford! I've always owned foreign made cars.

stressfree pandemic purchase

My Best Car Shopping Experience Ever
My first car purchase at Arundel Ford was the best car shopping experience I have ever had! Regardless whether I ended purchasing or not, the customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time. Everyone is super helpful and take the time to listen and answer questions without rushing through the process. I am a person who can have a hard time making a big decision like purchasing a new car and while I do know there are certain things I'm looking for, the personnel were patient and knowledgeable making me feel that I was important to them and not just wasting their time. I have been a Ford customer for over 30 years and will definitely be recommending Arundel Ford to my family and friends who might be looking for a vehicle. Thank you!
