Unfortunately I have to give this review a 1 star rating. Burritt offered a phenomenal deal, which took 5 weeks to negotiate, only for them to pull the deal literally MINUTES before I was putting a deposit down! Apparently, a signed lease agreement from a sales manager, a completed credit applications, copies of driver's license, registration and insurance cards is not enough to hold a deal until the deposit is put down, lol! I was told by Rod Jaquin, the sales rep I dealt with that "it's just another deal that's fallen through" and "I won't lose sleep over it" - this was my wife's DREAM CAR that I've spent months and months researching for....they just simply do not care about how a customer is affected. Rod is old school - he claims he will email/text, at the customer's request, yet complain about it after the fact and put the blame on the customer. He also ignores responses or takes DAYS to respond (I sent 10 texts until I finally got an answer as I was the one trying to close the deal). He requested numerous times for me to go to a higher up to negotiate as he wasn't willing to go to them with new numbers (that's his job!). I wish I knew this as I would have requested a more responsive, upbeat sales rep! Anyways, outside of negotiations, the main sticking point that everyone at the dealership ignored was the fact that the deal was held up because they refused to deliver the vehicle to me, given I'm 2.5 hours away and have young children with busy schedules (I've had my last 3 vehicles hand delivered to me with no problem, so this didn't seem like an unreasonable ask!). I was forced to come into the dealership to get the deal done because of "a few internal errors in the past 12 months that they wanted to mitigate". Needless to say, but this was a major inconvenience to me and the reasoning is out of my control and shouldn't have put our deal in jeopardy whatsoever! The deal was "handed off" numerous times and the sales manager, Tony Torrese, although helpful when available (he ghosted me when the day I was ready to put a deposit down and when the deal fell through), straight up told me, once he finally got back to me, he knew that another sales rep was working with another customer on the deal but failed to mention that to me or to Rod to get the deal done on Tony's day off!! Apparently the deal even got into both of their boss, Jesse Eckhard, hands who tried to take $1,000 off my trade, saying the market adjusted, yet I reached out to him 4-5 times and he not once got back to me! Overall, a lot of finger pointing, talking behind each other's backs, and toxicity that was not pleasant to deal with whatsoever! It's great to see I'm not the only one giving them 1 star! Maybe I should have read these reviews before wasting 5 weeks of my time for a deal they apparently could care less about falling through on! Avoid at all costs as they do not put the customer first, do not take any accountability and are quick to put the blame on someone else!

Terrible.

Terrible. Bought a truck and no title in over 2 months. And when you call, the title clerk never responds

Scheduled appointment drove over an hour to get there.

Scheduled appointment drove over an hour to get there. Met salesman inside he pointed to truck and said he would be right out with the keys. My daughter and I waited 25 minutes and hexwas a no show couldn't find him anywhere. So we left. The truck we looked at was scratched up rusty and overall dirty, looked like it may have been a fold vehicle.

I dealt with Bert Chevrolet bought my first new Chevy

I dealt with Bert Chevrolet bought my first new Chevy equinox dealt with Anita Baldizzi. She was a great sales person and catered to any car. I wanted to test drive rush the process so I could get into my new vehicle. Thanks a lot Anita and staff at Burritt appreciate the timeliness. !

CONSUMER BEWARE!

CONSUMER BEWARE! Terrible service department. I brought my Chevy Silverado Truck to them for general maintenance. My truck had no issues previously. I ended up needing a new transmission after they overfilled mine. Which cost me over $5000. I brought my truck to Bob Johnson Chevrolet to put a new transmission in it. They fixed it for me. I also spoke with another customer that was there. He stated that Burritt Motors did a very similar thing to him. I will never go back to Burritt Motors. A bunch of liars and crooks. I give 0 stars, but it made enter at least one.

Inquired about a post on cars.

Inquired about a post on cars.com from this dealer, got a call back to set up appt. to come see it, verified price at that time with Haley, whom I assume is a secretary/ receptionist. Drove two hours to get there the next day, to find out they jacked the price up on my almost $3500 !! Walked out immediately and thanked them for wasting my time… don’t trust their prices or salespeople !!

Brake job

I dropped my car off to have the brakes checked for noise. They gave me an estimate to do brakes all around. They completed the work in a timely manner and the car felt like brand new again!

I was not sure if a wrangler was for me.

I was not sure if a wrangler was for me. Phil Batchelor took his time and took 2 different days of working with me to make me feel comfortable with a wrangler. it's been 3 months now and I am soooooo happy he did. I love the wrangler and I can't wait to take the roof off.
