Very unhappy! So frustrated I'm decided to keep my truck and end the car shopping!! I was thinking of upgrading from my 02 Chevy Silverado and getting something newer.. There is nothing wrong with my current truck it's got 180,000 and has a diesel motor that will run another 200,000 miles. Minimal rust like only 1 body panel. Got started with there sister store cool because I found a truck on there web site. For 39000 on Monday 2-7-22. Called kool they told me it was actually at Freedom Chevrolet.. I got a email from Freedom on Tuesday because I clicked price watch.. Then cool shot me a lowball offer of my current truck of 6,000 dollars. Frustrated I got on Freedom Chevrolet website to try to get phone number. Typed in stock number of truck I found Monday and today 2-10-22 I see the truck has raise and they now want 41,000 for it.... I am so frustrated. Not only get low balled but now truck is 2,000 dollars more!!!!

Always friendly and very helpful never pushy if there is a problem they explain it very well the waiting room is always very clean, I just like Freedom Chevrolet! Good People so far!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change was told I had an oil leak. I also had a check engine light on. I made an appointment for another day and when I came in that day I told them that my husband erased the code but it was one code but I missed informed them. They gave us a list of stuff that it needed that my husband had just done 5 days before so we know it did not need and they said it had oil on the plugs it’s not true. The code I gave them it the code the used but that’s not the code. That’s wrong with it has nothing to do with what the check engine light is coming on for.

Great place to come, great service. The staff doesn’t keep pushing you into something you don’t want. The people are great. Definitely will come again.
