Great place
Took my 2014 Silverado in for oil change and tire rotation. While there an issue was found which was fixed free of charge due to being under warranty. They were able to fix it same day and had someone give me a ride home while waiting. Everyone is always pleasant. Nice waiting area and very clean place. Would recommend to anyone.

Be more thorough...
In the past I was pleased with the service and treatment received at Freedom. Recently, the check engine light came on and I was shocked to find out I would have to pay Freedom $65 to find out what was wrong and how much the repairs would be. Having no other chouce I paid the $65. I was told I needed new catalytic converters at a cost exceeding $2,000! I pursued a second opinion, fortunately, and discovered instead of bad catalytic convertors, I had a bad plug and malfunctioning cylinder. Total cost for repairs...$168!! I believe if the Freedom service dept had asked the questions the second mechanic did they too might have diagnosed correctly. Problem is the rely too much on technology w/o any old fadhioned common sense or detective work. I suggest before you give a custoner an estimate of over $2,000, you check and recheck. Had I had it fixed at Freedom, my car would still need further repairs and I would be out an unnecessary expense of $2,000+! All boils down to going the extra mile. Second mechanic used diagnostic computer AND drove it AND asked questions to get to the real source. Would Freedom for oil changes because of convenience, but wouldnt use for complicated mechanical issues. I have notified Freedom personnel of my dissatisfaction.

New purchase , 2017 Siverado Z71
Great experience this time around. I tried to purchase a 2016 Camaro last year, was not taken seriously, I connected with the salesman 3 times, said they couldn't fine me one. so I purchased it at Betten Chevrolet in 2016. Came back for a 2017 Silverado with a trade in. Bill Dame did a great job all around! Very pleased with the entire sales transaction. Thank you, Bill.

Bad Sales Person
Went to buy a car. But the salesperson was trying to put way too many coins in her pockets. We went to Sparta Chevy and got the same car with more packages and less money. We will not return to Freedom.

Easy Experience
This was the second time I bought a car from a dealership. It is probably at least in part because I knew what I was doing this time, but it was a far superior experience to the first time I did it. Very friendly salespeople that ensured my satisfaction at each stage of the process. Other than the company-mandated disclosures of some extra stuff I didn't need, did not push those things. Haggling wasn't an issue as the car I bought was already marked down a couple grand from MSRP. Very easy experience and would definitely purchase here again.
