Awesome Experience
Our lease on our 200 was a month from being up, so we started looking at new cars. We feel in love with the Jeep Cherokee and ended up buying one! We were treated great during the whole process, we felt we got a good deal on the value of our 200 and got a good deal on the new Jeep. Our Sales person was awesome to deal with. I would recommend Ron Sayer to anyone!

Hi Hillary thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that your experience with us was fun and easy. We strive to ensure all of our customers are treated with respect during all visits to our dealership. We look forward to serving you in the future. Enjoy your new Jeep Cherokee!
Lack of service department
Waited 10 minutes just to pull in to garage bay had at least 7 different employees look right through me and walk by like I was a ghost. I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I had an appt for a certain repair, yet I had to remind them what I was here for? No apologies for the wait, no smiles, no sincerity. When you go to the service department just remember helping you is not their priority, you are an inconvenience! I spoke with the service manager and got no where fast. If you're in the mood to be treated like a faceless number this is the place for you! I will never return for service or anything else for that matter.

When you need service their motto is IMPOSSIBLE
It is definitely different working with the service department. Most companies take a 'can do' or 'how can I help' attitude because they realize the customers they are supposed to serve sign their paychecks. Not Ron Sayer Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Their motto: "IMPOSSIBLE". Here's my story: We have received two vehicle recalls on our Chrysler 300C - both for airbags. One driver's side, one passenger side. We reached out to the service dept to set up an appointment. They said don't have the parts, don't know when we're getting the parts from Chrysler and keep calling us back to find out if we have the parts yet. If we had nothing else to do with our lives, we might find this to be an acceptable answer. Unfortunately we have jobs and it's supposed to be YOUR job to keep us informed. Perhaps take names and make callbacks once parts come in? It seems like customer service and even just basic customer care might not be part of this dealership's business model. So we reach out directly to Chrysler. Jennifer reaches out to the service manager and works to arrange us a time to take care of the driver's side airbag. She tells us anytime next week (meaning the week of 8/1) and we should be able to get in. My husband calls Friday and requests to have the recall taken care of. The service person's response? IMPOSSIBLE. Seriously? He then says the soonest is 8/8. This doesn't match what we're told from the customer care associate from Chrysler so we hang up. IMPOSSIBLE? No apologies. No empathy. Just the statement of IMPOSSIBLE. We gave you a free and clear trade in and paid the rest in cash for our Chrysler. She's a 2005, so she may be an eligible trade-in to upgrade to a new Chrysler because we love the brand so much. Please help me understand with a philosophy of IMPOSSIBLE why we would EVER want to consider your dealership again?? IMPOSSIBLE! And I still have to figure out how I am supposed to get this car in for service! -- And to follow up I was given a note on my review that the service manager would be following up with me soon. Let's define soon in the consumer's eyes - by the end of the day next business day (that was yesterday). It appears communication and customer care are just simply too "IMPOSSIBLE". Guess it's time to leave more and more reviews of my experience!

Pathetic
Took my vehicle in for service having made an appointment four days prior. Dropped the truck off at 7:45 am for the 8:00 appt. to correct a check engine light. I told the service person I needed the truck by 11 am., certainly no later than noon, same day. "No problem" he says. "I'll call you when it's ready." 11:30 rolls around still no call. I call them. Truck has not been looked at yet. I drive (14 miles one way) to pick up the vehicle which has not been looked at. When I ask to speak to the service manager he is mysteriously not around. Interesting to note: one vehicle was in the service bay being worked on yet they have ten or twelve bays open and vacant. Never Again. You guys suck.

Several new Jeep Grand Cherokees to choose from.
Inventory and Staff are excellent at Ron Sayer Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Eric Andersen greeted us on the lot without hesitation, not knowing if we were buyers or just lookers. He showed us a several Jeeps that we were interested in. Then gave my wife and I room to look and discuss on our own without any pushy salesmanship you can get on some other dealership lots. Once we had narrowed it down to 2 or 3 of Jeep Grand Cherokee's it was time for a test drive. We test drove the vehicles privately so we could discuss what we like about each one and made our decision to go with the EcoDiesel. The new jeep and trade-in price was exactly what we were hoping for without the hassle of haggling back and forth thinking you could have gotten a better deal. This is one of the best experiences we've had buying a new vehicle in the past few years. Gene Holmes

Best Experience at a Car Dealership
Our experience at Ron Sayer's was the best we have ever had. We worked with M'Kay on a new Chrysler 200. He knew the selection that they had and what features each trim had to offer. He asked what colors we liked and we found the one that we loved. It had everything we wanted and more like backup camera and sirius satellite radio. During our entire visit we never felt pressured are pushed into doing anything. Not only was M'Kay very helpful, but the rest of the staff we dealt with were impressive as well. I would not have any issue recommending Ron Sayer to my friends or family. They were great!

I came in just to get an idea on what they would give me in trade on my 2012 Ford Fusion for a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Matt never even looked at my 2012 Ford Fusion, which is in immaculate condition before trying to give me a quote. I spent over 1/2 hour with him filling out forms instead of just giving me a quote. I finally grabbed my license, which he had and left. He tried chasing me down, saying, "you can't buy a new car in fifteen minutes." He put his greasy hands on my fully detailed car and left grease marks. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!

I have been looking for a new vehicle for a while. I have searched and searched all of the dealers here in the Idaho Falls area and I couldn't find the deal that really had me jumping. I visited Ron Sayer's website one morning while at work and was amazed at the sale prices. I went in and test drove a new Jeep Wrangler and fell in love! I never pictured myself driving a Jeep, but now I will only drive a Jeep vehicle. The staff that I worked with were all very friendly and really cared about me, not just the car deal. I am thankful for Ron Sayer and the dealership they have. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for a new car to visit them and experience the same.
