The Ron Sayer dealership was very friendly toward us and made us feel welcome. They were very efficient with the paperwork we liked how we were given a thumb drive instead of a bunch of papers. And we really like our new Jeep!

I am very disappointed with the customer service that I...

I am very disappointed with the customer service that I received from the service department. I took my 2020 Jeep in to be checked out (still under manufacturer warranty) I was hoping to be a regular customer for service at this site because I just purchased this vehicle. The first Person I dealt with, Stephen was wonderful. He was very helpful and told me straight away what was wrong with my car and that I would need significant work, and that they would help arrange a courtesy vehicle for me. And then sent me over to the service manager Jeremy. The service manager told me to wait in the seating area while diagnostics were done and arrangements made. I waited for 1.5 hours, while multiple other’s came, had their service completed and left. I checked with Jeremy who was very busy and he did not seem to remember what was going on with my vehicle and then said that I still needed to wait. I Waited another hour and still nothing. I asked for a shuttle to my house. He said that I should be getting a call in 1-2 hrs . I received no call. So I called them... he said it was going to be another 2 hrs. When I finally went back to pick up the courtesy vehicle my husband and Jeremy had a conversation about the lack of communication and customer service. We ended up taking my vehicle home to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. I will NOT me back. After reading other customer reviews , I see that there is clearly a pattern of poor communication with female customers. Consumer beware!!

Sayer's service keeps me coming back. Got the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I expected to pay. Service dept got a new set of wheels/tires installed quickly. Great overall deal.

Screw these guys. I was in there Talking to them about purchasing a Van I was told if they had any other interesting if they would let me know and I would come in and work on the sale immediately I was going to bring in $25000 in cash to put down and when I went in to get the Van I find out they already sold it to somebody without ever notifying me. So not only did I lose the hours hours at the dealer talking to them about the Van But now the day I planned on purchasing it it's no longer available and now there's none in my entire area. We were never told that you would like to notified if someone else was looking at the ProMaster. There was several pieces of the deal that were uncertain from the last time that you spoke with a sales consultant; We had not seen your trade-in and the monthly payment was above what you wanted to pay .Our #1 goal is to make sure our customers are treated well, we have been doing that since 1945.
