Poor customer service

The service associate I ended up with, Kyle H., was rude, unknowledgeable, and didn’t review cars history before discussing what was done during the oil change. He didn’t know which competitor coupons were accepted, and couldn’t quote me a price before having me sign the work order form. He spoke over me on several occasions, raised his voice and didn’t listen closely to understand my question or responses. Kyle even told me I was not allowed inside the area where the associates are at one point and told me to stay in the garage area where we pull cars into for the service department. I ultimately asked to speak with the service department supervisor, Pete Sinke, but had to wait for some time to speak to him. Pete thoroughly listened to my concerns, put my car in the air to explain my questions. I explained my dissatisfaction with how Kyle interacted with me, and Pete also took care of the oil change bill. I am not happy with the inferior and poor service Kyle provided but Pete helped to pacify me and tried to make the experience better.

Great sales experience

This is the second Toyota Camry I have purchased from Scott Weiler. He is extremely honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from him.

Very Happy

Had a great experience while shopping for a new car. Shane was a great salesman! He was very friendly and happy to go above and beyond. Todd gave us a great deal on our trade in! Corey was a great help with the Rustproofing, extended warranty, and finding the best rates! I will definitely be back when we have to replace our other car. Thanks again Shane!

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. Professionalism of staff was a plus. Very happy with my new 4Runner. Recommended to anyone looking for a new vehicle

Service staff are super fast, efficient and polite! Oil change and tire rotation done in less than 45 minutes. Recommend Labadie Toyota for great service.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Service team at Labadie Toyota. I had my 2014 Camry in for a 50,000 mile warranty check and left for home feeling confident everything was checked over very well. Drove home with a smile on my face.

Excellent!!

I purchased my 2010 Honda Pilot with the help of Cody (salesperson)last year. He was so patient and understanding in finding a vehicle the met my needs. I was visiting for my second free oil change included with my purchase. Everyone I have encountered from sales, service and support staff were Extraordinary !!
