Awesome Buying Experience

I worked with Andy Mahoney at Labadie Toyota. He is both professional and knowledgeable. He worked hard to get the Highlander that I wanted with the terms I desired. He was also very thorough and went through every inch of the vehicle to be sure I was comfortable operating it before I left. Thank you so much Andy, I love my Highlander!

Andrew S

Andrew was a great person to deal with. Out of about 15 salesman that I spoke with over the two week of looking for the perfect vehicle, Andrew was the only salesman that was not pushy in any way. He was very honest when it came to a question that he did not know the answer to,rather than just making something up to look good. Not only did Labadie Toyota make you feel comfortable, they went the extra mile to make things convenient for me. The brought paper work to my place of employment for em to sign since I was not able to make it into the office before 5. I can not brag enough about how great my experience was at Labadie and how great Andrew was to deal with. My husband also purchased a truck the same day from Andrew, simply because he was such a great salesman. Great work Andrew and we look forward to working with you in the future. P.S. I still want my Willie Wonka DVD ;-)

I can't say enough good things about "Big Al" (Al Gradowski). He is by far the most competent, friendly, and enjoyable car salesman I know. Over the last six years, I have bought three new Priuses from him (2010, 2014, 2016). Al took great personal care in explaining the best time to purchase (without being pushy), and the sales went without a hitch. He also is excellent in follow-up and communication. I will continue to be in touch with Al in the future, whenever the time comes for another Prius (the best car in the market).

Al Gradowski of Labadie Toyota in Bay City, Michigan is absolutely the best! It has been my pleasure to work with Al since 2010, having purchased three Toyota Prius vehicles from Al during that time period. Al is very knowlegeable, completely honest and capable. He is easy to work with; he listens and respects one's needs and capabilities. Al is an extremely great asset for Labadie Toyota and for the industry! I will continue to work with Al as the need arises.

Best Buying Experience Ever

My experience with Al Gradowski at Labadie was great! My husband passed away recently so this was my first time buying a car on my own. He was so helpful and so compassionate. He knew the product extremely well and helped me feel like he wanted to make sure I didn't leave there until I was completely informed. I definitely will recommend him to my friends and make sure that he's the guy I go to when its time to make another purchase! Everyone there made me feel at ease and well informed with each step of the process! Great work people! Keep it up!

Used car experience

This would be 4 1/2 stars if that were possible. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and do 5 stars. First, the not so good. 1) I'm driving 5 hours each way to look at two used Tacoma's and I'm asked to put $50 down to hold one. Deposits are typically used to gauge serious interest by the buyer. Was driving 10 hours round trip the following day, is that not enough serious interest? 2) I can only put money on ONE car to hold for me, not two, even though I'd be there by noon the next day. I understand asking to hold two vehicles for a couple days - but the next morning? Both of these policies need to be changed. 3) Please ... stop doing the "sign this piece of paper to show my manager you're interest in this deal". It's SO cliche, so 1970's dealership BS. Stop it, it cheapens an otherwise good buying an experience. The good: 1) very good, prompt communication with Andrew the salesman before arriving 2) both vehicles were there, as described, and ready for me to test drive. 3) Negotiation for my trade was short, I got a reasonable price for it and made a deal quickly. 4) The dealership gave me the lower price (~$2,000 I found on the internet elsewhere, which made the drive worthwhile. 5) Three hours out the door from the time I arrived. Not bad for a trade, buy, proof of insurance, finance, and all the paperwork. 6) Andrew is a great guy, very courteous, very professional, I'd recommend anyone in the area to ask for him if you're looking at a car at Labadie. If I wasn't five hours away I'd send him additional business when available. 7) Oh yea, I got the $50 to hold the Tacoma refunded promptly and without any games. 8) Several small things like making sure I had the locking lug nut key before I left, removing some stick on mirrors, a last quick detail, both keys. manuals, etc. Last minute checks were helpful, especially when I couldn't return, being five hours away. Toyota dealerships don't have a bad salesman good cop bad cop reputation, but they aren't like shopping at Lexus or Audi either. But all dealerships CAN be. You don't have to sell $50,000 cars to act a certain way. Treat people like adults, with respect, and don't play games. Labadie seems to be working toward that objective, they have a way to go, but they can get there.

Great experience

Thank you for a great experience. I probably was a difficult customer as I wanted special features on the selected new 2017 Toyota Camry. Such a car was not available in the radius of 250 miles. Andy Mahoney spent a lot of time finding, negotiating and bringing Toyota Camry with the exact features that I have chosen from Illinois. He also was able to give me a great deal on it. I never was pressured into anything, all communications were initiated by me. I was always treated with respect. Andy is very knowledgable and has a very welcoming personality: that is how he originally started winning my business since I hesitated between Toyota and Honda. And he still never said a negative word about the another make. It was a pleasure to be a customer of this car dealership. I am already recommending to my coworkers to use Toyota Labadie dealership, and Andy Mahoney in particular.
