The new computer program was causing issues for the service adivsor that day. He was not used to the new system. I'm glad I came there early to check in because of the slowness of the check-in.

Check engine light
We had a check engine light on in our vehicle, so we made an appointment with Clason. We brought the vehicle to Clason get checked in the staff was very friendly and eager to satisfy our needs as we waited. The guy who checked us in came and get us and told us what the problem was and that it was covered under warranty and that it could be fixed right now. Quick service great people highly recommend.

Service Department
After being alerted that my brake light was out, I immediately drove to Clason's Service Department to have it checked. My timing could not have been better. After having an extremely busy day, just at that moment a technician was available to replace the light. I continue to be treated with excellent service from an outstanding Service crew!!

Fast service with exceptional customer care!
I was easily able to make a same day appointment. The lounge area is very clean & stocked full of refreshments. Jim & Steve both stopped by to say hello & chat. The time flew by! I always feel like a VIP when I'm at Clason!

Enjoyable Experience
My overall experience purchasing my new Acadia was top notch and customer service was beyond my expectations. The staff was personable, knowledgeable and at no time did I feel pressured during the deal. The sales person, Sue, spent a good hour or more with me explaining the mind boggling technical aspects of the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. Tom the sales manager got me a great interest rate and Ms. Backenhauer completely explained the paper work and did not try and push the extended warrantee or protective services when she found out I wasn't interested. Again this was greatly appreciated as I have purchased many new vehicles in the past from other dealers and they wouldn't take no for an answer so thanks Clason.. Last but not least they worked with me on my trade-in and gave me top dollar for my truck. Just a great day all the way around and thanks to all.

Great dealership
Our vehicle was taken in for service right away, and was completed in less time than I had anticipated. While we waited in the lounge, there was a tv, magazines, papers, and coffee, soda, donuts,cookies and other treats. The place was exceptionally clean and the personnel were very friendly.
