The Waseca Chrysler/Dodge/Ram dealership's service department did a fantastic job in repairing my Ram 3500. The only hiccup was how long it took to get the part, which was not their problem but rather a supply chain problem.

We drove 4 hours to a dealership that we’ve never heard of before to look at a truck we found online. The gamble was VERY worth it. All of the staff are beyond friendly. They consider the needs of me and mine before their own. Very honest and up front about things which is hard to find! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!! Financing though them was simple and fast, we were out of there with our new truck within an hour!

The drive to Waseca Chrysler was rewarded with great customer service and a better price on the truck I had been searching for. The salesman, Kyle, took time to show me multiple vehicles, listen to my concerns, answer questions, but never resorted to high pressure sales tactics (which lead me to walk out of bigger dealerships in the past.) The vehicles are CLEAN too! I feel good about every step of my truck buying experience, and would recommend Waseca Chrysler to everyone wanting a good buy from an honest and friendly dealership.

Had step bars and block heater installed. Done in a couple of hrs. Price was good too. Only 350ish for the block heater, cord and labor. Very professional installation cord was added to existing harnesses with new clips nothing flopping around or loose!

Berry is very kind and nice to work with. The desk gals and salesman are also very nice. We had 2 young dogs in the waiting room while our service was performed. They we all very welcoming and the service/length of time was as Berry predicted. Thank you!
