3 weeks to to get called back from Kia tech line.

3 weeks to to get called back from Kia tech line. No return call to tell me they’d heard back. Now 2 weeks for diagnosis appt that will take 3-4 days. Who know when my car will be fixed!

Everything was great and all the staff was very friendly

Everything was great and all the staff was very friendly and professional, but the dealership needs to remove the street light in the middle of the parking lot that we backed into and damaged our new car! That street light should be removed, even the employees agreed and said it happens alot.
