I wanna give a shout out to Courtesy Subaru in Rapid City, South Dakota. My wife and I were traveling through the state when I encountered a problem with my 2020 Forester Subaru. I contacted the dealership and they immediately set up appointment that day, gave us a loaner car so we could continue visiting the Federal Parks. I especially want to thank Matt ,from the service department who set everything up and had our car repaired and returned to us the next day. Tom and Karen Heyse, Batavia, Illinois.

We ordered our Crosstrek ( from this dealer) from our home 1500 miles away. We only had dealing via phone, text and email. Our sales person, Steve, took care of us from the git-go. Very professional and respectful. Kept up updated during the entire process. When the vehicle arrived at their location, they waited a week until I was able to pick it up. There were no surprises. Everything as agreed (price and options). Upon picking up the vehicle, Steve explained every feature in detail. And even assured me it was ok to come back anytime if I have any questions. The dealership was clean and neat.
