I never complain about companies, talk crap it leave

I never complain about companies, talk crap it leave reviews. No need for me to post anonymous! Thunder Basin Ford performed thousands of dollars in unauthorized repairs on my vehicle without my consent, then illegally refused to release it unless I paid. One of their own employee in the service department admitted the work should never have been done. I gave my number directly to the GM Jason Praus — no response, no accountability, just lies and silence. He did not care one bit about the situation. This is just hirrible service! Stay far away from this place. They do not deserve your business. They also did the same to my niece and a friend of mine that they lost his keys, then wanted him to pay for it! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!

Bought a new Maverick this past week.

Bought a new Maverick this past week. Nice, easy purchase with no pressures and no issues. This is the second new vehicle purchase we've made at Thunder Basin. Both of the order, sales and deliveries went smooth and easy, with no surprises. I have had my other Fords serviced here and had no difficulties whatsoever. Parts department has been great for the things I have ordered through them for my othe vehicles.

Poor service and communication

Made an appointment for 7 am to have recall work done. Told us it would take no more than an hour. Perfect, as we were going out of town that morning. 10 am still hadn't heard from them so we called and we're told they got busy but it would be done by noon. Showed up at noon and was told it was on the lift and would be just a few more minutes. Said that's strange because I parked next to it in the parking lot. Turns out it was never even started. Told them I was taking it with me and the lack of candor and communication was unacceptable. Got no explanation even after an email follow up from me asking what happened.

Bought several vehicles from them

I’ve bought probably 8-10 vehicles from them. All the management and staff treated me and my family exceptionally well. I always left feeling they gave me a great deal on our purchases, and service was always on top of my repairs very promptly. They were exceptional from the top down😀
