She had someone bring me the new lease to test drive at work and then she met me to drop off my new lease and sign the docs at my daughters art class so I didn't miss any work or family time. My truck had an e-brake problem at a bad time for me. Kevin in service really went overboard and got me back on the quickly and I was very pleased when he told me that everything including towing was covered by warranty. David the tow truck driver was excellent and very prompt when picking up my truck. Very efficient process!
