CHECK YOUR TIRES

CHECK YOUR TIRES!!! I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima used in March or April of 2022. They where supposed to detail car and place 4 new tires on it as the ones that where on it where rough. There was also a grabbing of the front right tire that they said the service center would fix before pickup the next day. Upon pickup the car was not done so I waited hours in the parking lot and at closing they pulled it around front and took off. The car was not detailed at all but that was no big deal due to the fact that I am capable of cleaning as for the tires I never thought to check because after taking so long I had three restless children and they where ready to go and I assumed that a big dealership would do as they said but needless to say it hasn’t been a full six moths and Saturday 09/24/2022 a tire blew out! After having to put a donut on my car with a trunk full of groceries and three young children in my back seat I called a salesman that said the service department would contact me Monday to rectify the situation. Nobody ever called on 09/26/2022. After speaking with the service manager Don he said he would see what he could do to rectify the situation and told me that looking in there system no new tires had ever been put on the car before pickup! I brought it to a shop in Malone NY to find out that wires are showing on all 3 other tires as well. To my surprise I called back after never hearing from the service manager and spoke to the sales manager and he assured he would fix the situation and call back and sure enough he did and said they would do nothing but they had a sales promotion buy one tire get another for a 1$ lol. Do not go through this Nissan dealership unless you would like to be deceived and lied to over and over again! If they lied about this I can only imagine what else they will lie to you about. Be very carful with this dealership. It’s a shame to think Nissan would allow this to happen. I’m not just an ignorant woman they looked like they could have been new from the front side that’s how they fooled me but I have also attached pictures to show you. I have recorded every conversation with them as well so they could not lie so make sure you have your own back because they do not. They will breach contract and do not care so please be careful of business with them. All my tires look like this please please be careful especially knowing it’s almost winter and you could be stranded with your children if they do this to you!

Buyer Beware!

Where do I start...bought the car in 2018...was brand new. Things were great! After a bit there was a squeaking in the front driver side. Took it to the dealer, and it was "adjusted", no more sound. Sound came back 2 weeks later. This has happened continuously while owning the car. Ok, i get it dust or dirt happens in the brakes ect. This past week, the car started shifting out of overdrive all by itself. Had to have it towed 60 miles to the dealership. Thank god for AAA. Now, this is where it gets good. Huttig said they couldn't replicate it after driving it, and since it didn't throw a code, it was perfectly fine, and it must have been DRIVER ERROR. REALLY!!!! 2 different people have driven the car and had it happen. We are not stupid, we know when it shifts by itself. Please dont insult us and say we did it. After a quick google search, we are not the only ones with this issue. The transmission is slipping, yet after calling and asking what can be done, I was told that unless it does it for them, there is nothing to do but wait. So, basically wait until something really bad happens and then you can help? I live in a very remote area, this is not an option. I expected better from the "Huttig Experience". We are done. Picked up the car today after it was "fine", and with no confidence in them anymore and took it right to Della and traded it in. Will NEVER buy a Nissan again! Transmission problems are a huge issue with them. I put up with service appointments that left me waiting crazy long on the regular, but this is something that I never expected. Highly disappointed, and wont ever go back. Buyer beware.

Wow...Very Poor

Never had a sales manager basically throw me out of the dealership because of questioning his invoice numbers. His temper lost a sale from now and in the future from my family and friends. Very embarrassing and uncalled for. Not professional in any way.

Professional, friendly and helpful

Friendly atmosphere and feeling welcome even after the sale. Questions that I had after the sale were replied to warmly and in a reasonable amount of time.

Great service!!! Beyond helpful and extremely friendly! Worked with us everyday step of the way! Offered us great deals and ensured us on our purchase! Highly recommend Nissan! Wish I would have went there years ago

Great service

Very easy to deal with. Easy in and out. Plus was offered a loaner car, even though they only kept my vehicle for a couple hours.

Vehicle purchase experience

I like walking through the doors at hutig because the folks there have such motivation to get what you need done I usually work with Rick because I've grown to like him like extended family and I think that's what there is to like about the huttig experience is about knowing that your sales guys are honest and trustworthy puts a person at ease

Friendly service

I have a current issue at hand with the camera sensor though have an appointment scheduled and I am confident it will be taken care of . Ryan in service dept is great ! Thanks to all the friendly staff for their service.

Great service

Brought my car in without an appointment at about 9am. Came back at about 1pm the same day to pick it up. Very efficient and kind service.

Wonderful empliyees

When i brought my Rogue in for an oil change I asked if I could use a vacuum to do the drivers side and they said no problem and did it for me. Also buffed out 2 small scratches for me with no charge. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful!
