Great experience

Very nice dealership with a small-town atmosphere. Kevin was great to work with and always responsive to questions. I appreciated the time he took to explain the Passport's features.

Review of Service Call

Great customer service and little to no wait time. Excellent explanation of services provided. Staff are knowledgeable and communicate well with their clients. Waiting area is clean and comfortable, with coffee, cookies and water if you so desire.

1978 VW Campmobile service

The staff at Ken Vance Motors performed routine service on our 1978 VW Camper yesterday. Service on a 44-year-old vehicle that was part of a relatively small number produced is anything but routine. Even an oil filter was not easy to find, but the work was done. They have also promised to try to find a replacement for a failed window crank, which may be even more difficult.

Great service, great people at Ken Vance Honda

We have been leasing our vehicles from Ken Vance Honda for about 20 years now. We started with the CRV's and the last 3 vehicles have been Pilots. We enjoy working with Kevin in sales and also have high praise for the service department as well. We live almost 50 miles from Eau Claire but we feel that the drive is worth it because of the people at Ken Vance Honda.

Warranty

Great warranty service by both Ken Vance Motors and Honda. Had a small leak on our differential. Replacement arrived from Honda and was installed in a very short time frame.
