The service I received on my Honda Odyssey was top-notch Service Advisor Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable, even helping with straightening out the van's GPS.

I wish I could put zero stars.

I wish I could put zero stars. My vehicle still has timing chain rattle when cold. The other complaints on my work order didn’t get addressed either. They didn’t note other complaints on the work order that I had told them. I am very disappointed.

Drive into service center is typically blocked by unattended cars. Mechanic work is very good. Poor communication that I mention herein was due to prior appointment for brakes. I came in expecting brakes to be fixed based on phone conversation. When that appt was complete I was told my brakes needed to be fixed. We knew that.
