I traveled over an hour and a half to spend three hours at the dealership. Despite working with the on-site manager, Ben was unable to finalize the transaction, claiming he needed to consult with his superior. He assured me he would follow up by the end of the day. However, I reached out to the sales representative multiple times that evening, as I had not received any communication, and they appeared annoyed by my inquiries. Furthermore, Tim attempted to retract concessions that had already been negotiated.

I would give this dealer a 0 star if I could, way overpriced!! These dealers like this make it bad for the rest of them. Stay away

STAY AWAY - Watch out for the BAIT and SWITCH, they gave us a range on our trade in before driving 3 hours and then offered us $8,000 less than the lowest end of the range for our trade in, that is in good condition. That was after us sitting there for close to an hour and half. When asked why the difference, the sales manager coward wouldn't answer why. I guess they figured we would be committed after a 6 hr round trip drive....NOPE!

We had a lease return for another lease. We wanted a Colorado truck but they had none on the lot so they had to find us one. So we got said vehicle sight unseen. We were not told there were no running boards on said truck or we would have had them put on. Unsatisfied with this issue.
