Easy to deal with

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Johnson Motors. Both the sales staff and the service staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.

Better than the rest

Johnson Motors has been known for years for going the extra mile with their service... And that's why I buy from them. I gave Troy three options that I was considering and he and Mark quickly gave me quotes and financial choices. When I saw a demo I liked, they gave me an excellent price and financing. I couldn't have asked for more. Johnson Motors really stands out in servicing my vehicle. They give me rides to the golf course or local restaurant - even take me home if I decide a don't need a loaner. Larry is their customer relations "valet" and a great guy. When my vehicle is ready, they've even washed it for me. This is exceptional customer service.

Johnson Motors

Recently purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse from Johnson Motors in St Croix Falls Wi. Our salesman Troy was top notch and the financial person Matt was extremely helpful and locked in a great interest rate. On our test drive we noticed a few items that we thought required an inspection and Johnsons made the repairs at no cost to us. Great local dealership that we plan on visiting for our future upgrades

Great Service, Fast, and Knowledgeable

I went in for recalls and a side safety issue. They were well organized and friendly and they explained everything very well so I understood what they were talking about. They were fast and everything is working great.

always treated fairly,can't you keep the same staf

I have been a customer here for many years and have been for the most part treated well but I am tired of coming in to the service department and seeing different faces. WHY!!! About the time I get to know and trust someone their gone. I hate that! I probably would give a better rating but I can't because I really have not had that much business with the NEW staff.

Good service

The people were wonderful and super nice the whole time!! Nice waiting lounge for me to wait and crochet while my recalls were fixed on my Malibu!
