My unscheduled truck service
Happened to stop at dealership because Fuel Filter light came on. Asked if they had time. Service manager said sure we do!

2018 Euqionox
My husband and I purchased the car from the above dealer. We very much pleased with the sale. The dealer/owner, a friend of ours couldn't have been any nicer or better. He was very complete and clear with his instructions and very patiently answered the question or two that we had. We enjoyed our test drive. We would certainly encourage any or all friends to consider purchasing an auto from this dealership. On another note: please consider making clear the order of the stars, I had them completely wrong, as I have used the pattern that I have used in filling out surveys such as this. My truck for DF

It used to be much better
Having purchased a 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty when buying this truck from this dealership and having to remind them every time when I bring in the truck for repair, then they start the approval process calling and only after that the repair starts is a pain. Why can't this be shown in the profile when they look at my truck in their system so we all save time?

Uwe's comments are appropriate and helpful. This is a problem we have identified and are taking steps to correct. The problem is that extended service contract information is not shown on the opening screen of the service record, and the service consultant needs to open several screens in order to find the appropriate information, We have checked with our data service provider, and this is not something that we can rectify until they rewrite the service program. Due to a change in service personnel at the service desk, our recently hired service representatives do not know the clientele as well as the persons they replaced. I expect this will improve as they have more contact with our customers. In the meantime, we are taking steps to identify customers with service contracts with alternative measures to make the process efficient for our customers. I expect that your service experience will improve in the future.
Customer service
Heritage is my go to for service and sales. Roger is a genuine Corvette enthusiast. Most dealers are simply profit based resulting in the cars being a secondary focus. At Heritage, customers and their cars are the primary focus as they understand that those two elements are not mutually exclusive. My kind of dearlership!
