They did a great job and did so in a timely manner. Also, the car was washed well and vacuumed well.

Service folks are always so attentive and helpful. Just wish there was more attention paid to returning a clean car outside AND inside. I don't ever have a very dirty car, but when it comes back from a full service, it's dissappointing when that detail is overlooked.

I was extremely impressed with the entire set up VW has in Bozeman. Everyone was very helpful and personable. Kieran was an excellent sales person staying with us until the end. Many times I have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealerships and as soon as the sales person can pass you off you never see them again, but this experience was completely different. Everything was done at Kieran’s desk so everyone came to us rather than passing us around, super good customer relations. I will highly recommend VW of Bozeman to anyone I know looking for a car.
