Only dealership I've ever used after warranty expires

This is the only dealership I've ever used for maintenance or mechanical work after the factory warranty expires. First, they're actually open on Saturday which is what started it, but we've continued to return largely because of our service advisor. He treats us very well and does what he says he's going to do WHEN he says he's going to do it and there's never been any financial "surprises". I've even used this place to perform engine swaps.

Garbage

They will lie to you and do incomplete work. Buyer beware. Chris in the service department is also very rude and unproffesional. I will be going to Bozeman from here on out.

Helpful people

These guys were helpful and courteous throughout my repairs and were helpful in dealing with the warranty company. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re in need of repairs.

Good experience.

We were looking for a particular car. They did not have it at your Billings dealership. Cameron found one in South Dakota and brought it to Billings for us. We were treated very well. The deal went fast and smoothly. We will tell people how well we were treated.

oil changes are a joke at this dealership

EVERY single time i come to the dealership to get my vehicle serviced it takes me a minimum of 2 to 4 hours for a xxxxing oil change.

Very good experience!

I enjoyed being quickly greeted. Alex was very knowledgeable about the Ram trucks and was able to answer all our questions. He was polite and ensured our new truck was ready.
