Both Dan and Jeff were very helpful in my purchase of a...

Both Dan and Jeff were very helpful in my purchase of a new vehicle. They knew the truck and the accessories I wanted. The accessories were installed in a timely manner and ready when I picked up my truck. I looked at both a 2011 and 2010 Silverado. The 2011 was the better of the two.

service was great,fixed the problem very quick. customer service was outstanding called in for appointment they said they could take me right away. brought it in, after30 min.they called back withthe problem, and cost, told themto go ahead and fix it,they called back 1 hour later said it was fixed,and can pick it up. went to pickup,service manager said itwas covered, what a relief, it would of been about 360 dollars.great job don jhonsons

Being a senior person, I have had the opportunity to deal with many dealers in the past, mostly in major cities. Since moving to Hayward 5 yrs ago my experiences with Don Johnsons has been superb My dealings with them have always been hassel free. I feel they have gone above the average to please me.Very pleasant people working there.

Dan recommended we take a look at the equinox. We went to Don Johnson dealership in Hayward to look. we ended up driving one home that day. Dan told them we were coming to look. From the time we walked in the door Jeff and Josh were very friendly and not pushy at all. They made the whole buying process very easy. Jeff patiently answered any questions we had. Jeff did an excellent job on explaining on how to operate everything on the vechile. We were introduced to all the staff and all were very nice.I felt very comfortable with the whole experience.

Overall experience and price: rated good rather than...

Overall experience and price: rated good rather than excellent because the new radiator should not have malfunctioned after 33,000 miles! This is not the dealer's fault, rather GMC Corporation. This experience should not have existed had the vehicle not been a "lemon" (I have had other "issues" such as the heater core, loud noise in the steering shaft and now the transmission, and terrible mileage.) My prior experiences with the service department were not always exceptional, but during this visit the service at Don Johnson Mtrs was really wonderful. I had decided that once I had my fifth and free oil change, I would not return to the dealership, despite the good mechanic I have always requested (Ryan). But the new service manager, and darn it, I can't recall his name, was so empathetic to my transmission issue that he made me feel very important. I received a loaner vehicle to use during the required overnight stay in Hayward for repairs. Because of this experience I will return to this dealership.

I am always very pleased with the scheduling, quality of work, friendliness and other options available to me when having service work done on my car. When ordering replacement parts, the team is very prompt and the job is done very quickly. I am never inconvenienced due to a service issue. I like the fact that the team works together to support the customer's needs. They are a great group! I also like the fact that I can go to Josh Johnson to just talk about the industry and give him feedback directly on his team and the dealership. Shirley J. Riedmann

I bought my '07 Silverado at Don Johnson Motors in Rice...

I bought my '07 Silverado at Don Johnson Motors in Rice Lake and take it to their Hayward dealership for all of my service work. The service staff takes great care of me of there and gets me in and out as quickly as possible. Often they'll even come pick my truck up from work and return it to me when they're done. I'm very happy with all of the work (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) that they've performed and would gladly recommend them to others.

I have had my vehicle serviced here multiple times and am very happy with the service I've received. My service adviser always explains what work will be done and offers a free maintenance inspection every time I come in. I think the work's done pretty quickly and things have always been fixed right the first time. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there and would recommend them to anyone!
