Clean professional environment, was approached right away for our convenience the gentleman was very informative and helpful with our questions.

We found the used vehicle we were looking for at Park Rapids Ford. We called and the manager, Colter, answered the phone. The dealership was not open that day but he'd stopped in to get some paperwork done. As we asked questions about the vehicle we were interested in, he gathered the questions, went out on the lot to check the vehicle and called us back with the answers. The following Monday we got a call from Luke, a salesperson. He asked us to send him information and photos of the vehicle we wanted to trade in. We made an appointment to visit the dealership. We live seven hours away. The visit with Colter and Luke was very enjoyable. The vehicle was exactly as they'd described and they made the sale so easy. Luke has followed up a couple times just to see how we like our new vehicle and asked us to contact him with any questions or concerns we might have with it. I highly recommend Park Rapids Ford.
