My vehicle was brought in 3 times, the 3rd time it had to

My vehicle was brought in 3 times, the 3rd time it had to be towed back to the dealership. The last 2 times I drove it there. Needless to say they are crooked people. When fixing my car they wrecked another part of my car and blamed me for it, there's no way to prove it so I paid the 3,000. To this day I have asked other auto places if we could have done this to the car . They all have agreed there's noway and these guys screwed up badly and I paid for it. Very very aweful service! Please do Not waste your money and time!

Just don’t know who to trust.

Just don’t know who to trust. My Jeep wrangler went in for major repairs. Let alone it took over two months just to get in. The diagnosis was that it needed camshaft work. They ordered parts. And I have bought the service plan and engine failure plan which has a 250 dollar deductible. Well at this time it was the beginning of June. And my appointment was set for August 9th. But they called me to come in and that was around the first week of July. They told me that they have all the parts for the job. But the service contract company (fidelity). They wanted video and pictures of the tear down to the point of failure. So I went in and my Jeep sat outside for 4 hours. When they told me what needed to be done. And that they had the parts to do the job. I was confused that they were prepared to tear down my Jeep to the point of failure (camshaft). And take pictures and video of the failure. And then put it back together send me home until my appointment date which would be over a month away. I asked them if you have it tour down to the point of failure. And have the parts. Why wouldn’t you put the new parts in? They did tell me that was a good question. So as I waited there for 4 hours. I was just outside wondering around when I received a call from the service department. She told me that they have wheels for me. So thinking that my Jeep and I where just going to be sent home. I noticed that my Jeep had not moved in that whole time I had been waiting. And at the service counter she told me that they were going to give me a loaner car. Okay I thought. And wonder why they couldn’t have decided that hours ago. So to fast forward to my main concern and disappointment. Not to mention my anxiety and anger of thinking about being taken advantage of. I will mention that I am a 100 percent service connected disabled army veteran. Well my Jeep was ready. She told me that my total for work done was the 250 dollars for the deductible plus oil change tire rotation and anything else that the service/mechanical failure contract didn’t cover. I was confused first because they have been the only place my jeep has been to have the oil changed and tires rotated. And that cost is covered under the contract plan. I then asked what else wasn’t covered under the contract? She told me to give her some time to redo the paperwork. So after some time she returned to me with the revised paperwork. In which showed that I was to pay the 250 dollar deductible. Out of the total amount in which was a little over 3000 dollars. When I went to return home with my Jeep. I started it and noticed that all 4 tires were in the red indicating that they were all seriously low tire pressure. Well I went into the dealership and asked if I can get someone to put some air in my tires. They did jump on it right away. And as I waited I was reading the 4 page bill on what in all they did. I couldn’t help but notice that they claimed to have checked all the fluid levels and they claimed to have checked the tire pressure. Which is obviously that they did not!!! That was strike one towards my lack of trusting. And this is a Friday. And my home is roughly a 45 mile drive. So after getting home and putting my baby (Jeep) in the garage. The next day was Saturday. I went for a short drive and when I returned home and backed into the garage. I noticed that some steam coming from under the hood. And so when I opened the hood I noticed that there were some antifreeze in certain areas that you would not expect antifreeze to be. Even if there was a leak. And at this time I started taking video and pictures. Then in doing so I started noticing that the engine coolant was very low. And the washer fluid was low. Remember on the paperwork that stated they checked all fluid levels. There is trusting fault two. Still under the hood I am noticing a lot of plastic clips that are either broken or not refastened. And then I noticed a loose screw just laying on top of the air cleaner. What the xxxx???

Consumer response

I ran out of allowable words in my review. And I had a whole lot more to say. I just wish that we could trust people and trust that you are getting quality work and not to mention that you should be able to trust that what you are being told is being done. Is actually being done. And what is being done is being done correctly and completely. I can’t begin to tell you how far trust will give you. I do know that when you have trust life and business is good. When you loose that trust. I can tell you that the trust you had is near impossible to get back. And if you are able to get that trust back. It’s not a complete trust that you had before you lost that trust. And I am just one person. And I am a 100 percent service connected disabled army veteran. And I have fought for the right to be free. And part of being free is that you have to tolerate people like this. And like I said I’m just one person. And that probably won’t affect your business much. But I do think that if this happens again and again and more and more people give reviews like this. Chances are you just may as well close your doors and go home. And I just now saw that I am responding to my own review. Which I guess was the area for the dealership to respond to my review. But o well. I am pretty sure that I wasn’t going to get any responses anyway. And I’m pretty sure that I won’t get a phone call Monday. Like I was told yesterday on the phone. See what trust ends up doing and how it affects you and what happens in your life. Nonetheless I wish whoever is involved my prayers and all I really want is what I was told that was done. And done with care and pride. Thank you for reading whoever is reading this. Peace ✌️ be with you!!!

I am giving Hibbing Chrysler Center the lowest rating

I am giving Hibbing Chrysler Center the lowest rating possible at this time and we are giving them a chance to take care of the issues before writing a detailed review about the poor treatment of my daughter. Hopefully they change my mind so I can change my rating. They have already ignored my request to call me concerning issues with the vehicle we purchased.so I'm getting doubtful for a resolution to the problem.

we have delt with Hibbing for few years. Mike in service...

we have delt with Hibbing for few years. Mike in service has went out of his way to be kind and oh so helpful. This last time our Durango was in for rear air repair and Tim was handling it. Due to him and possibly the tech doing work but I have my doubts he was involved. We got a call from Tim who was Very Rude to my wife on the phone. He was very upset he could not find the key to the rim locks. My miss told him it was in the slot in glove box and he was very short and extremely agitated voice told her NO its not. She said it should be as thats where it is kept. Again he said NO its not. She said maybe when it was there for work on rear end of truck your guys put it in back on storage place. I can ask Chuck quick. He slamed phone down and hung up on her. Truck was supposed to be done same day but we got a call was having trouble and would not be done, I said no problem. This was before Tim called looking for key. Day passed no call. Next day as it approached 3 pm and no call I called Mike answered and said yes its done. ( but NO call from Tim to let us know)I told him I would be in and wanted to chat with Tim as he was rude to my miss. Went in no Tim, picked up truck air worked great. There was pappers on floor from glove box we didn't think anything of it until we opened glovebox. EVERTHING HAD BEEN TAKKEN OUT AND LOOKED LIKE SHOVED AND KICKED IN BY BOOTS. She was a bit cranky. We went to load truck for trip and they had took everything out of side storage AND under storage. They just threw our personal things back in. And ofcourse by just tossing it back in it would not fit. There was loose sockets, tools, cold weather safety items all over back of truck. We was in total shock of the disrespect shown by them. I called to speak to head of service and asked who was in charge. Wait for it..... was told ....Servive Manger ( in my mind was thinking No xxxx) but waited thinking there would be a name to follow. But after a awkward pause, I said well that much I figured. Do they have a name? Yes Chris.....pause..... could I speak to them? Put on silent hold. I waited there 10 mins. No music, no hibbing adds, just silence. I gave up and came here. I dont know if Hibbing is dying as they lost their sister store, but doing things like this and treating their customers this way is not going to help. Virginia and Rapifs not that far away. Oh the missing key was found exactly where she told them it was. In slot in glove box door.

Terrible customer service

I went there to get a used car. All the finance guy did was give me the runaround. They would never call me back. They seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm glad I did too, I got the perfect car I wanted, with no hassle or runaround.
