Used Quicklube service for my oil change. Courteous and very helpful employees. I’ve never had a poor experience with this service center. Very professional people.

Everyone was respectful, honest and kind. There was no pressure or upselling. Nolan Dewan our sales rep was patient, professional, honest and confident. This was refreshing after our recent experiences with another dealership in town. I would definitely buy again from Price!

Tech showed up on time and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would recommend their service dept.

Called re: maintenance on my F150. A woman named Robbin answered with no sense of friendliness. It felt as tho she was annoyed of the phone. I told her I why I called. She then transferred me where I then sat over 5 minutes awaiting somebody to pick up & never did. I hung up and called. Again, Robbin answered. I told her nobody answered when she transferred me earlier. She stated, "oh well, I only have 1 person in service today, so...." ( in a snotty like attitude) when I started to talk, she stared talking over me in a loud tone not wanting to listen when I spoke. It ticked me off so I told her "Man, you seem to have bad attitude going on over there, I'll just take my business elsewhere then" & hung up. At Price Ford in Port Angeles, I Guess they don't care about folks who just want/need maintenace service!

Price Ford is my go to maintenance mechanics shop. I’ve always had a positive experience and received great customer service. Everyone is professional and courteous. Not to mention genuinely friendly. People there obviously enjoy their work and appreciate their jobs.

Best service department I have ever experienced. I live an hour away, the drive is worth it.
