Matt was extremely understanding to my needs as far as budget, and he was able to meet that need. He came in to meet me on his day off (I think he sensed my urgency for a new vehicle) and was very friendly. He seems to be down to earth, knowledgeable and honest about opinions/recommendations. I would definitely recommend friends and family to him.

Scott Lawrence is the BEST. I live in Maryland and this dealership is in Michigan but Scott was able to make this entire process nothing short of seamless. I flew into Lansing, he was waiting at the airport and the deal was completed in about an hour !!! The staff was very friendly and I even got to meet the owner !!! Tens across the board !!!👍👍👍

We have bought three cars from Sundance and always recommend this Dealership. We live a considerable distance away but the trip is very well worth it! Our Salesman, Ryan Navin, was so very knowledgeable about any cars that we were interested in and seemed to know exactly which car best suited our needs! I recently went to Sundance because I'm considering buying a new car. Justin greeted me with a friendly, non creepy smile and gave me the skinny on various vehicles. He was very patient and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a new car and don't know your xxx from your elbow, like me, look for Justin! He is not your every day run of the mill sleezeball car salesman. He will spend time with you to make sure you are comfortable and confident with your new ride!

Lee was awesome from start to finish...we live 2 hours away and called Lee about a Trailblazer. He spent a ton of time tracking it down and keeping us updated on the repairs being completed (that was paid for by dealership and not added to sales price). We were not able to come look at the vehicle until after 6 pm, Lee had been at work since 8 am that day. Leh stayed until after 9am to help us through the purchase of our vehicle. He went above and beyond. Will look to deal with him on any future vehicle needs.
