Quality

I came to Sundance looking to trade in my truck. John Alger helped me by keeping me informed about what was on the lot within my price range and style of vehicle. He was always informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. I found the vehicle I wanted and had it in my driveway in a timely manor. I also got a fair trade in value for my truck. I would recommend Sundance to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Great car buying experience

I had great experience working with Steve Carrasco. I went in hoping to lease a new vehicle but because of my limited income (I have disability and a pension) a new car was out of my comfort level for a payment. Steve drove me around and I saw a green Chevy Spark that caught my eye and I fell in love with it. Steve worked tirelessly to get the deal completed with a payment I was comfortable with.

Amazing service

Had an amazing experience car buying experience. Very laid back and not pushy at all. We ate lunch while discussing pricing. My son got hurt towards the end of the day and the sales team went above and beyond expectations. Extremely happy.

Knowledgeable,efficient and friendly service

We were very happy with the customer service when purchasing our car and felt like we got a fair price. George went above and beyond making sure we got what we wanted and felt comfortable with our decision and buying process.

Salesman

I need to revise my earlier review. Let me start at the beginning. I came in on sunday, test drove and picked out a jeep. Supposed to get it on monday, but John texted me and said it wouldn't be ready, as service got it in late. My friend went to LaFontaine at 12:30 and had had his new truck in our driveway by 3:30 that same day. Tuesday came back there to sign paperwork, which I was there for 2hrs for, waiting for it to be drawn up. Finally drove the vehicle home and it ran like crap and check engine light came on. Took to auto zone for a scan which said cylinder 5 missing. Drove vehicle right back to you. Remember this is all on tuesday. You took my vehicle to champion to be fixed, and you did give me a loaner, thanks to Sam, much appreciated. Was told my vehicle would be ready on Thursday, guess what? It wasn't! Finally on friday i skipped the middleman(you)and called champion myself at 5:10 p.m. my vehicle had been ready for a few hours and was just waiting on a purchase order from you. I never got a phone call from John. I called Sam, who called John and told him to get on it. I have always heard negative things about Sundance but I had never had a problem of my own, and I had bought 2 vehicles there, before this one, but after this experience I'm not sure if i would ever come back. I would really like to thank Sam, as this has been a pretty stressful experience. I do not want to give John Alger 5 stars, that goes to Sam, but every time I try to change it, 5 stars keeps going to John.

Hello Sharron we are sorry to hear about you upsetting experience. We talked with John and he said that you bought the vehicle knowing that we had just brought it in. After an extended test rive with your husband you noticed some fixing needed to be done. So we took the vehicle into our service department and had the repairs completed by mid afternoon. We then had taken the vehicle to our detailing department to get detailed inside and out which wouldn't be completed until the following morning. John then informed you of this and the financing wasn't even finished yet. The next morning, everything was completed and prepared for you when you came in. With the vehicle being 9 years old, we can expect it to have issues, but we did all we could to repair these issues and satisfy you as our customer. We even offered a free loaner vehicle for overnight while the vehicle you were purchasing was getting repaired (at no cost for you). We are happy Sam has helped you as much as possible and we would like to make sure this is right. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to earn your approval and change your negative experience into a positive one.

I was very happy with the customer service during the process of purchasing my new car. Troy was very friendly and the experience was very pleasing. He made sure that everything went as quickly as possible and that I was pleased with my new purchase.
