We were a little nervous about making a 3 hr road trip to look at a Grand Cherokee but, they were one of the few places that had what we were looking for. Which is unfortunatly the reality today. We spoke with Nathan from the interenet who got us all the information we needed and more. Upon arrival James was our salesman. Truely nice guy who explained things about the vehicle and was wonderful about answering our questions. The whole process was smooth. James kept us informed and things moving along. Everyone we encountered from sales manager, to finance, to store manager were very nice and gracious. The only thing that we did not care for is that when a car is sold the music is CRANKED and COW BELLS are rang. but the killer was the horns from the vehicles within the show room were honked right where we were sitting. I get that your creating a vibe but, come on. Its just one little thing that otherwise was a great experience. Thanks so much James!

Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with! He did everything he could to get me the Wrangler I always wanted and was just as delighted as I was when I got it! There were no high pressure sales, just great customer service, and a truly in-and-out experience. I do believe they have a customer for life!

Though they were really slammed with service customers, the staff was really on top of their game when it came to checking me in and writing up the work order. Juan our sales person was very courteous and not pushy at all. The finance guy was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell us unwanted extras. Overall the experience was pleasant and painless!
