My car needed a recall part installed. I called Lunghammer Ford to schedule an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised that their mobile service department was able to came to my home to make the installation. How wonderful is that?! Jeremiah and Josh were here first thing in the morning. They were very pleasant and professional. They also replaced my dirty air filter. Jason Krause gave me up-to-date information as to the procedure. All in all I was very impressed with the entire process! S. Cook

My car needed a recall part installed. I called Lunghammer Ford to schedule an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised that their mobile service department was able to came to my home to make the installation. How wonderful is that?! Jeremiah and Josh were here first thing in the morning. I wouldn't have a service done here again if it was free
I wouldn't have a service done here again if it was free to be honest. They told me they could fix my car, charged me close to $700 to fix it. And it's not fixed. That is definitely the condensed version and while the manager and team were polite, I was made aware after I paid that they didn't actually know how to fix my car, that it was "a great learning experience for them" refused my money back and wanted me to pay $250 more dollars to fix it with their new diagnosis.

Excellent Service by Jason and his Team

Fords are junk
Daughter had her engine replaced at 47,000 miles. Now at 75,000 miles, engine is blown again. It’s 10 months out of the warranty and was told by Michelle that there was nothing she could do except possibly discount the services needed if she comes back there!! What a joke. They already replaced it once & it lasted 27,000 miles!!! & Michelle @ Perry Ford thought that was reasonable & acceptable. Once a die hard Ford family. Hello Honda or Dodge!!

SCAM.
What I thought was going to be a great transaction has ended up being an absolute headache. Drove out of my way by 40min to pick up mats that were purchased for $355 and supposed to be weathertech to find out they are factory brand mats for the explorer I purchased. There were multiple conversations about the brand I wanted and what I wanted specifically mat wise. What I got is garbage and after doing my own research it’s only costs $274 for weathertech. I was taken advantage of completely by this dealership. It’s disgusting and completely unethical. *I was also encouraged several times this was “at cost” and a great deal because they were so cheap. What a scam.

Buyer beware
I set up purchase of a vehicle over the phone. I was buying from out of state. They sent over a video. I called in and told them if take it. They asked for my ID and insurance card which I emailed to them. They were closing as this was being arranged. I called back in once they opened the following day to set up a wire transfer and they told me that someone was there looking at the car and that they would let me know if it sells. Incredibly dishonest. We had a verbal agreement that I would be sold the car and paperwork had begun. Terrible ethics at this place.

Made an appointment in advance to look at a specific car, drove 30 miles only to find out their manager drives it and wasn’t in that day. Huge waste of time.

BUYER BEWARE
UPDATE Im on SSD from 2 back surgery's and 3 neck surgery's I finally saved enough money to get the AC checked as it did not work. I bought it in December so I could not tell. And they told me the AC works, As it went threw our multi point inspection. I all ready had to have the front struts and rear autoride shocks and upper and lower ball joints Repaired. As the steering wheel would shack An this cost me $1100.00 for that repair. Which I was told was all inspected and in working order. Now the repair shop called and said the rear AC albumin line has a hole in it and there is no Freon in the system. And the repair will be $1248.00 DO NOT TRUST ANY ONE AT THIS DEALER THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. AND THEY WILL NOT STAND BY WHAT THEY TELL YOU. And dont buy there extended warranty as they would not cover this as they said it was a preexisting problem just like the suspension
