Great service, great people
when in for oil change and tire rotation and was told that I needed front brakes. Told service advisor I would wait for the service that would take about 2 hrs. I asked if I could use a car to go to YMCA while service was being done and Jason Sellers was kind of enough to let me use his truck. I really appreciated this touch of kindness and wanted to say thanks to Jason and DeNooyer Chevrolet.

Miscommunication
The service I received from Gary was excellent, although I was extremely disappointing! I appreciate the shuttle service, but when I requested a pickup at 5:30pm, I did not get picked up till 6:30pm! I called and a lady said they were on their way, 30 minutes layering spoke to a manager who said they should be here soon, 45 later I called and I got an answering machine. The entire time I didn't know if I was going to be picked up. Again, 1 hour later I was finally picked up. The driver apologized for the miscommunication. This experience makes nervous about using the complimentary shuttle service that I normally enjoy and appreciate.

Customer Service always amazing
Always treated great. Christina and Herb consistently take care of me. Had issues with my car on a Thursday and didn't think that I would be able to get it in until Monday but Christina fit me in and got me a rental. I can't say enough about how great she is.

Great service. Problem solved!
Came in with a battery problem. No appointment was made in advance. I was told it would be a while until they could get to it. I told them I had to wait, as I did not have another day to get the repairs completed. I work 30 miles away so the shuttle service was not an option. The service represenative made arrangements for a loaner vehicle so I could get to work and return late in the day. Repairs were completed as expected. Thanks.

Quick, professional service
Brought car in for "check engine light" issue.....diagnosis was made and corrected. While I was there, a computer update was called for and completed, as well a car wash....all as promised and on-time.....staff was pleasant as always.

Service, timing, quality - no reason to complaint
They always ask, at the start, if I have noticed anything that should be checked and they always check it out. Timing was great. The weather was not good with all the snow, etc.

Great Service
The entire service department at DeNooyer Chevrolet does an incredible job! Ashley Slack took the time to listen to my concerns about the issues with my Chevy Silverado?s steering. She had the truck diagnosed, scheduled and repaired fast and efficiently. Ashley gave me the confidence that my vehicle was going to be repaired properly. It was extremely refreshing!
