Although the vehicle was at another location the vehicle was delivered to the Toms River delership the day we inquired about it. Jay Perez was very helpful to me and my husband when we showed up looking for a used car. I really wanted an SUV, so Jay helped us by showing me used SUV's that fit my criteria. I drove several before I settled on one. When we started the credit process and I couldn't get the car I wanted, Jay convinced me to try an older model which I was adamantly against. But he insisted I drive it, and now I am so glad that I got this one instead of the other one! The salesman and managers I dealt with (and the service dept. since) have all been very friendly and courteous. They offered us Coffee and even offered to buy us pizza as it was dinner time :)
