I came into Elder Mitsubishi anxious of what I might be approved for, as my credit is challenged at the moment. Baron was a delight to work with! He was very transparent with me from the beginning which I really appreciated. I ended up with a nice car than I imagined I was going to be approved for! I’m so happy with the vehicle I ended up purchasing! Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful! They even helped me get my phone connected to the Bluetooth before driving off. I truly felt listed to and helped and there was never an ounce of that icky up sale pitch feel you get at a lot of other dealership. Fabulous experience all the way around!

The service was extremely quick and efficient. My sales agent answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The fiance employee got me in and out as promised and the gentleman that helped me setup my phone and who went through all the features was great as well.
