Good Experience Shadowed By Somewhat Hidden Terms
Everyone is very friendly at Fox Honda, and my new car sales person, Jason Arntz, did a great job of getting me into an amazing new Accord Hybrid Touring. I love the new car, and overall my experience was relatively positive. However, I was placed into a lease with terms that were not discussed with me until 30 minutes before my new car was to be delivered. You see, Fox told me that I could turn in my previous lease early, and that there was enough equity in that vehicle that my payment for the new 2020 Accord Hybrid Touring would actually be a few dollars less per month. Therefore I decided to go ahead and end my previous lease early and take the new car. Just before my new car was delivered to my home, the finance manager, Todd Levanduski, called me and informed me that I was put into a 10,000 mile per year lease instead of the standard 12,000 mile per year lease. I didn't like this one bit, but when I asked about changing to the normal 12,000 mile per year lease, I was told that my payment would end up being about $20 more per month than what I had paid on my pervious lease. Ugh...if I had known this I never would have turned in my pervious lease early. I liked that car very much and would have been fine driving it for another 7 months until I could lease a new 2021 Accord, with decent payments at the normal 12,000 miles per year. So overall I really love the new car, and everyone at Fox Honda was very friendly. But in the end I feel a bit swindled into turning in my lease early to get a new car, with the impression that it would be a lateral move into a normal 12K mile per year lease. Why would Fox not tell me they had changed the terms of my new lease right from the start? Why was I not given options right from the beginning so that I would know the payment terms well ahead of time. Instead I was quoted an attractive monthly payment with no disclosure that I would be downgrading to a 10K mile per year lease. I guess it is more important to make a sale than it is to retain a customer. My wife and I both drive vehicles purchased from Fox Honda, and we will both be far more likely to check another Honda dealership that is closer to our home for our next lease.

Excellent service
Service manager is great. He goes over everything that was done and only offers suggestions that are really necessary. When looking for a new car, I would buy another car from the Fox Honda dealership again because of their excellent service department.

Oil change
Quick, friendly and helpful with other car issues but electrical screen not reset and now yellow warning light will not go off.
