William was very helpful, understanding and courteous throughout the process. He listened to to all my questions, explained the process and helped ne find the exact right car for me, and went above and beyond by letting me tow my non-functional trade-in onto their lot and hold it there until my new car arrived. He did not fit the description of a pushy car salesman and showed patience and a genuine desire to find the right car for me.
