This is my fourth purchase through the dealership within the last 11 years and I've never had an issue with any of the vehicles. I recently bought a vehicle from Auto Depot. I immediately had issues with the vehicle not starting up correctly. I took the vehicle back to have it worked on by their mechanic. It took two days for them to repair. When I received my vehicle no mechanic came to tell me what was fixed on the vehicle or what was wrong with it. I took my car home and after a couple days the problem reoccurred again. I took my vehicle back a second time to be worked on, I was told this was going to be a one day job! A one day job has now turned into a 5 day job! Anytime I call the staff is rude and unprofessional, I hear a lot of “I don’t know “ apparently whoever they order parts from this company doesn’t give them specific times for when the parts are going to come in. I just called again today see if the part was in and I was told it was not. When I asked what the name of the part was that needed to be ordered the guy on the phone said he didn’t know that he would ask the mechanic when he had time and get back to me. Instead of saying “let me put you on a brief hold and go find out for you” They were supposed to track this part last Friday and call me back nobody ever called and nobody called today, I had to call. So basically I put down 2700 dollars on a vehicle that does not run right and I have no idea when I’m gonna get my vehicle back because nobody knows anything over there.

I have been waiting for repairs for 3months. Once they sell you the car, they don't want to deal with you anymore. Very Unhappy .

Helped me with the first time buyer program, answered all my questions and got a good deal.. I was able to walk out with a car! Thank you Auto depot and staff!!
