The dealership is freshly renovated, the team there helped with everything, making the experience a lot better than I had thought it would have been. Traded my vehicle in and got a great deal on another used vehicle there! Thank you again for such a a great experience!

There was no way I could give these people Zero Stars so I had to settle for one. First of all they don’t have any intention of doing what their advertising says they will! They are outright lying! Secondly, they don’t show the price of the cars!!! I had no idea what price they were asking for the car I was interested in. After I asked about three times how much the car was, the salesman begrudgingly told me. The car was way out of my price range but this guy said that they would work out something that will work for us. Again, a blatant lie! These people wasted 2 hours of our time. On the way out they basically laughed in our faces. To anyone reading this, don’t believe any reviews that say these guys are even remotely legitimate. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER dealership in the Treasure Valley to buy your car. If you do go to them, please don’t say I didn’t warn you.

They will do anything to convince you to buy. They brought us the most expensive car and did not show us more affordable model. Now we have a payment that is $200 more then we wanted to pay.

Salesman David is a fast talker and has been a car salesman for a long time. He lied to me about my trade in value. He told me numerous times that 21,000 is what I was getting. But instead I received 20.000 not 21,000. What he told me a couple days later after the purchase, that it doesn’t matter what he said. Because I signed the contract with it saying 20,000. Which is a terrible and fuzzy contract that is almost not readable. He is a snake. I am 61 yrs young and I trusted him. What a mistake. Go to a different dealership

Just bout a car there Friday July 26 2024. Everything was great signed our contract came home. Got a call on Monday from Josh the finance guy. He said he had found us a better deal where our interest would be lower and our payments would be going down $20 so he needed my husband to come back in and sign again. Did that on Monday however even though our payment did go down $20 and our interest was slower I noticed different charges on our new contract so as soon as I got home, I compared it to the old one and just as I imagined they had charged us for extra stuff. We did not know what it was. I immediately called back and spoke to Joshua (the finance guy) he told me he wasn’t sure what those charges were as he wasn’t the one that had written up the new contract but that he would remove them for me so we ended up going back for the third time on Tuesday to sign a new contract, which no longer had all the extra charges, and my payment dropped even more after that… point of the story is, if you get a call telling you to come back because they got you a better deal. Please read your contracts as they will add hidden fees in there, and some people won’t even notice it because we are most concerned with the payment and the interest rates.

Above and beyond to get me a new windshield. Called in for help with a crack in my windshield. Mark was able to schedule me someone that would come to my work and replace it. Saved me a trip. Won’t go anywhere else but team.
