Not at all happy with their service. I bought a car from them, and love it! The problem is about 10 days after the warranty expired my engine died. I am a college student trying to save money for a wedding. They won't do anything to help out. So pretty much, they stole another $1200 from me after I bought the car because I have to pay to get the engine fixed. I am so glad that we didn't trade in my old car cause I would be out of luck.

Found Riche Brothers on Cars.com when looking for a specific model car. The photos they took were very helpful, showing all the "problem" spots on this particular model car, so I knew before I even went there that some of my specific concerns weren't an issue. When I got there, everyone I spoke with was helpful, and friendly, and willing to work with me on the deal I wanted. To be honest, I did have some concerns about going to a used car dealer, but they turned out to be great. No high pressure, and just a straight honest sale. My dealer was Renee, and she did everything she needed to do to make the sale easy. They have four locations, and I saw two of them. The lots were large and well organized, with a lot of selection, including two more of the model I wanted. The sale was AS-IS, but I couldn't be happier with the car. They are obviously selective about the cars they sell. I absolutely would recommend them to a friend.
