Bad coustomer service
Made an inquiry on line and was contacted by a sales person that I should stop by and later that day I visited the showroom and talked to the saleswoman and picked out a truck and test drove it and filled out an application in a two and a half hours she came to me several times and appoligesed that it was taking so long and finally said for me to go ahead and leave and she would call me and that was 3 days ago and no call yet.That truck would have been my fourth purchase from Bozarth and the only dealership that I took any of my vehicles to for service.....the worst coustomer service experiance of my life.

THE WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IF I DIDNT HAVE TO GET A CAR ASAP I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM, THEY ARE VERY LAZY, THE TRUTH , WHAT TRUTH, THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN A CAR, THE SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD, I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER DEALER, THE ONLY NICE THING WAS TINA IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, SHE WAS GREAT!

Walked out!!!
Tried in vain to come to a deal on a used car. After 2 visits & several hours of details, price, fixes, etc being discussed, we realized that nothing Cameron said was true. We then spoke to the general manager, Samatha, and she was not the least bit concerned about the apparent lies of her staff. It got worse from there when she said the price we negotiated was not approved. She did not try to appease us. We walked out & will never be back. DO NOT give this dealer your business. We would give ZERO stars.

Disappointing
Leased a new truck. Matt, our salesman was great with the upfront bargaining. However, my son noticed white spots on the top of the hood. Matt said they were paint spots and would come off. They were actually rock chips. Either Matt life or had no clue. He wasn’t knowledgeable about the vehicle at all. Got the clear bra on before chips could be repaired. My son called Matt and the GM... it’s been two weeks and still no return call. Then my financing got screwed up and I have to drive all the way to sign new papers. Daniel in finance has called me several times. The follow up service is horrible and extremely disappointing. Buying or leasing a new vehicle should be a wonderful experience but I’m frustrated and not excited at all about my new truck. Will never go back to this dealership again and would not recommend at all!! I thought Med Ved was bad when I bought my Avalanche 13 years ago but Ed Bozarth... you blew them out of the water with bad customer service!!!!

I went to the dealership and leased a new truck. The initial process was great. However, the follow up service is horrible. I’m so disappointed. I’ve called several times and left messages for my salesman, Matt and the GM. No one will call me back. When I got my vehicle, my son noticed some white spots on the front hood. Matt said it was paint and it would come off. Jeff in service was very helpful and told me the truth about the chips. Turns out they were chips in the paint. A clear bra was put on so it was too late to repair the chips. Matt has no expertise on anything on the truck. My son knew more than he did. The dealership won’t send their survey to my email because they know I won’t leave a positive review. They screwed up my financing papers and I had to sign a new contract. Daniel in financing has been the ONLY one to call me back and help. Will never buy or lease from this dealership again. Once they made their end of month/ year sales quota... they drop the ball on service. It’s unfortunate because word of mouth is important. For me, the follow up service is important. To not return phone calls wether it be bad or good is a disgrace and a negative mark on the name of Ed Bozarth!!!Even though it was a lease, I still should be respected.

Horrible!
They fit the 3 "T's" perfectly..... TERRIBLE integrity, TERRIBLE ethical standards, and TERRIBLE customer service! My husband and I visited this dealership on a Saturday afternoon. We were extremely interested in seeing and most likely purchase a Chevrolet Traverse that day. Matt the salesman greated us and we went looking for the car we came to see. After walking around forever we went inside only to find out that it was in thier auto body shop due to getting hit in the parking lot. He said it would be back on Thursday and we could come look at it then. That was fine, no big deal. We went back to his office to run the numbers with him and put down a $500 refundable deposit. He said that they would hold the car for us, and once held a car for a gentleman for a considerable amount of time while he was waiting for his retirement checks. He asked if we had financing set up, we did not, but explained to him it was just a phone call away. We left extremely happy and excited to be purchasing a car that would fit our family better (3 boys). Tuesday afternoon Matt reached out to my husband saying that his used car sales manager Joe was wanting to make sure we had financing in place. My husband called his bank, was approved right away, and let Matt know. Matt also mentioned the car would be back on Wednesday if we wanted to come then. My husband explained to him that due to our sons martial arts schedule (our oldest is on team USA competing in the Worlds tournament in November so we have boxing four days a week and his regular black belt classes three days a week) we wouldn't be able to come in until Thursday. Wednesday afternoon my husband received a call from Joe saying that he sold the car to someone else and we could come back and get our deposit. Are you freaking kidding me?!? We felt extremely cheated and disrespected. My husband called Matt who assured us they would find something comparable. Everything they sent was not even close, as far as style and price point. We decided to give them a couple more days to try and right thier wrong. After not hearing from them for almost a week my husband texted Matt to say he would be in this Thursday to pick up his money. Matt replied "didn't Joe call you? He mailed you a check on Monday." Being that it was Wednesday we should have gotten it that day. Matt said well maybe he sent it Tuesday then. We did finally get our money back yesterday (Thursday). Moral of the story DO NOT trust this dealership! Save your time and money and go somewhere worthwhile who will treat you better.
